How it works
From the first message to the last panel back on the truck.
1. Send your date and list
Add rentals to your quote, then tell us the date, venue, start and end time, and roughly how many guests. If you're not sure what you need, say what you're picturing. We'll suggest the right amount.
2. We confirm and quote
We check the date, ask anything we need to know about the venue (load-in time, power, stairs, ground for a dance floor), and send a written quote with delivery and setup included.
3. Hold your date
Your date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. Until then, someone else can book the same gear.
4. Delivery and setup
We schedule delivery with you or your venue, usually a few hours before guests arrive. Our crew installs everything, tests it, and shows your planner or venue contact anything they need to know.
5. Effects are run by us
Cold sparks, low fog and lighting packages come with an operator. They're never left running on their own.
6. Pickup
We come back after the event, at the time your venue sets. Most venues want everything out the same night. Some allow next-morning pickup.
