How far ahead should I book?
Book as soon as you have a date and venue. Spring and fall Saturdays go first, and dance floors and cold sparks are limited.
Do your prices include delivery and setup?
Yes, within 25 miles of Baltimore. Farther than that, we add a delivery fee based on distance and include it in your quote before you book.
Is my venue OK with cold sparks?
Most venues allow cold sparks because they're cool to the touch and smoke-free, but some don't. Please check with your venue before booking. We're happy to send them the spec sheet.
Can you put a dance floor on grass?
Yes, as long as the ground is reasonably level. Tell us about the spot when you request a quote and we'll ask follow-up questions or plan a site visit.
How much power do you need?
Most items need a standard outlet within reach. Uplights are wireless and run on batteries. For lighting packages and big setups we'll confirm power with your venue.
Do I need to be there for setup?
No. We coordinate with your venue or planner. Someone should be there to let us in and confirm the layout.
Can I rent just one thing?
Yes. Plenty of people rent only a dance floor or only uplighting. Larger orders are easier to schedule, but there's no bundle requirement.
How do I hold my date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. We'll send both with your quote.
